During this practice you will be taken on a journey along a beach, focusing on witnessing and experincing the connected energies of nature and the universe around us, so that we may feel guided and supported by everything around us. There is nothing to do but allow yourself to relax. Make sure to find a nice, comfortable, quiet space for practice.
